The mesh belt type ginger dryer, also known as ginger slice dryer and ginger drying equipment, generates hot air through the heat circulation exchanger to exchange heat for the ginger in the dryer to realize the drying treatment of ginger, and takes away the water discharged from the material through the moisture removal system, thus achieving the purpose of drying ginger.

The mesh belt type ginger dryer can replace the traditional drying modes such as sun drying and earthen kang drying, with high efficiency, large output and low cost. The mesh belt type ginger dryer is matched with the ginger drying process. The dried ginger has good color and uniform quality.

Drying process of ginger slices:

1. Ingredients: choose ginger without wormhole damage, whether fresh or old, which is more spicy and has better medicinal value.

2. Cleaning and slicing: wash the sediment on the ginger, cut the ginger into 3~5mm thick slices. The ginger slice should not be too thin, because it is easy to lose nutrients and is not conducive to medicine.

3. Drying:

Initial stage: the temperature is set at 70 ℃ and the time is 2 hours. This stage is mainly drying.

Intermediate stage: the temperature is set at 60 ℃ and the time is 18 hours, mainly drying and moisture removal.

At the end stage: the temperature is set at 65 ℃ and the time is 7 hours. After drying, the machine will stop automatically.
